Deposit & Cancellation Policy during COVID-19
We have suspended our deposit policy until further notice. Under the current circumstances we think it is unfair to secure a deposit in these ever changes times. With the constantly changing restrictions guests cannot be held responsible for being required to cancel, we have applied this to our cancellation policy below as well.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival then there will be no charge. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival shall have the deposit retained. Should you not arrive for your stay at all (no show) then you will be liable for the full remaining cost of the booked stay.
Minimum Stay
We usually only accept bookings of 2 nights or more but if you are only looking for a single night, why not just give us a ring or drop us an email to see if we have availability for the night your looking for - 01875 835 661 or georgina@crookstonhouse.com.
Child Policy
Children over the age of 12 years.
Pets
We do not accept pets of any kind as we have our own pets on site including 3 dogs, a cat and hens.
